GARDINER’S REVENGE: Disgraced ex-NYT Reporter Erased HuffPo Vaccine Injury Stories

Lydia Polgreen likes Gardiner Harris’ tweet congratulating her on replacing Arianna Huffington.

After Autism Investigated’s future editor had New York Times’ vaccine propagandist Gardiner Harris kicked off health stories and dumped in India, he began working with future Huffington Post editor Lydia Polgreen. That’s the same editor who just deleted dozens of articles on vaccine injury on the site.

But at the time Harris was re-assigned, she was also a correspondent for The New York Times in New Delhi like Harris was. At the end of 2016, she left the rag to become editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post when its founder Arianna Huffington stepped down. Two years after that, the curtains came down on Gardiner Harris’ New York Times career when he couldn’t contain his anti-Trump bias while writing about the UN ambassador. He was then rehired, appropriately, as a pharmaceutical public relations agent. Before Autism Investigated reported on his new job in May, Autism Investigated sent the below email to his new employer Foresite Capital in April:

Hi,

I began the nine-year takedown of your communications director’s career at NYT.
https://www.autisminvestigated.com/jake-crosby-gardiner-harris/

I complained about him for his vaccine injury denial in 2010 and 2011, and he was taken off that beat. Specifically, I complained about his brother’s concurrent pharmaceutical connection while Harris was reporting on vaccines.
https://www.ageofautism.com/2010/04/the-new-york-times-indefensible-defense-of-the-drug-industry.html
https://www.autisminvestigated.com/nyt-public-editor-pr-tool/

I’d like to know if Gardiner Harris has any comment on the fact that his employment with your firm further confirms my longtime contention of his pharma bias.

Sincerely,

Jake Crosby, MPH

Not surprisingly, Harris’ new employer never wrote back. After the discovery of his brother’s ties to the pharmaceutical industry in 2010, Gardiner Harris abusively wrote an autism mother that she believes “wild conspiracy theories about the roots of autism.”

Even though Harris’ ex-colleague Polgreen has been Huffington Post editor for years, her decision to remove articles on vaccine injury only took a couple months. She only decided to do so after Harris lost his job, became a de jure pharma PR agent and was deservedly humiliated for it on Autism Investigated. Autism Investigated’s editor is far from the only person in the anti-vaccination and vaccine skeptic communities that Harris has had a problem with.

The night before Hannah Poling’s parents held a press conference about the government’s concession that vaccines caused her autism, JB Handley wrote Harris all the way back in 2008:

On an historic evening, before the world hears the tale of a beautiful little girl felled by 5 vaccines in one visit, I just want you to know that I will never forget what an injustice you did to our kids.

Gardiner Harris also denied, against documentary evidence, that the CDC director encouraged a comparison of health outcomes in vaccinated and unvaccinated children. “david kirby got his story entirely wrong,” Harris wrote in email about one of the journalists who reported the news. Kirby was also the journalist who broke Hannah Poling’s story. In contrast to Harris’ attack on Kirby, the CDC director did tell UPI’s Dan Olmsted in 2005 that such studies could be done and should be done.

Now David Kirby’s landmark story breaking the vaccine injury concession has been removed from The Huffington Post along with dozens of other articles. So too has Hannah Poling’s concession document from the government that Kirby reposted. David Kirby and Hannah Poling’s father have spoken out against the deletion in statements to Autism Investigated.

Gardiner Harris doesn’t like Autism Investigated, JB Handley or David Kirby. Fair enough, we hate him right back. But Harris has now taken out his anger over his own professional failures on a disabled girl who is a victim of the lies people like him still spread. It’s no wonder his son got asthma, which is also caused by vaccines.

Paul Offit’s Favorite Anti-Vaccinationist Called Vaxxed Mother of Vaccine-Injured Son a “Token African American”

Update: The video clip of Sheila Ealey and her son was censored from Vimeo along with all other videos exposing vaccine injury thanks to Chelsea Clinton‘s post-2016 bitterness.

Lynette Barron, who Paul Offit has worked to prop up as the representative of the anti-vaccine movement, called the mother of a vaccine-injured man a “token African American.” Sheila Lewis Ealey and her son Temple were featured in the documentary film Vaxxed: From Cover-up To Catastrophe. As an infant, he accidentally received two MMR vaccinations and is now severely autistic. Watch her talk about the horrific assault on her son below.

Now read Lynette Barron’s text about Sheila Ealey, calling her “your token African American.”

This is who Paul Offit is trying to christen the representative of the vaccine injury community. While Lynette Barron said he cares about children, she called the mother of one of the children he helped poison a “token” for speaking out about what was done to her son.

Also appalling is that Vaxxed producer Del Bigtree has helped Offit prop up Barron by favorably interviewing her and publicly agreeing with her that Offit is a good person. Bigtree has scored a six-figure salary and a platform with a seven-figure budget off the tragedies of children like Ealey’s son. Already, Autism Investigated has denounced him for misreading the 1986 vaccine compensation act and called for him to go away. Now that he’s propped someone up who viciously attacked a mother whose tragedy helped make him rich, his show should be cancelled.

JB Handley Pays Del Bigtree To Say Liar Paul Offit Cares About Children!

Update: JB Handley has responded, “For the record, I’ve never contributed to ICAN, so referring to me as Del’s benefactor is a falsehood.” However, Handley’s charity Generation Rescue is listed as one of ICAN’s partners.

Update II: This 2017 990 form lists JB Handley as the “Secretary” of ICAN!

Thank you to a dedicated reader for alerting Autism Investigated to this. Del Bigtree says that liar Paul Offit cares about children.

Go to 55:25 and watch the video for yourself. Del Bigtree interviews a woman named Lynette Barron, who says Paul Offit is a good guy who believes he’s doing what’s best for children. Bigtree agrees with her.

Here are some things Bigtree’s benefactor JB Handley wrote for Age of Autism years ago in posts from 2008-2011:

OK, let me be clear: I think Paul Offit is a blowhard liar, a vaccine profiteer and apologist, and every time he opens his mouth he disrespects my son.

Offit lied blatantly in his book, and I’d like a little justice. He did it to try and make me look bad. I think he succeeded, and he had to lie to make it happen. That makes me unhappy. And, it’s a pattern from him that we have seen for a long time on many issues related to vaccines and autism

Not only is Offit’s comment insane, it’s also wildly dangerous and untrue. 100,000 vaccines given to a baby would cause immediate death, every single time. How profoundly disrespectful to the THOUSANDS of parents for whom ONE vaccine caused death for their child. ONE!!

JB Handley said all that. Now he is bankrolling Del Bigtree to say that Paul Offit cares about kids! Will Handley retract what he wrote, or retract Bigtree’s funding? Handley will not comment to Autism Investigated about Bigtree’s remarks.

Marianne Williamson Wants “Independent” Scientists AND Vaccine Mandates??

Marianne Williamson has said that CDC and FDA are too cozy with big pharma and called for an independent panel of scientists to look into vaccines. Yet she also supports mandatory vaccination.

Williamson apologized for correctly calling vaccine mandates Orwellian and said she supports them. However, she says that as president she will have independent scientists look into vaccinations the government recommends. Which is it? That’s what Trump said he’d do as president-elect, before retracting within hours of meeting with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. How can we count on someone who wants independent scientists to look into vaccines and supports vaccine mandates? Why do all these leftists think that assigning government bureaucrats the same roles as pharmaceutical companies somehow is not the same as assigning a pharma lobbyist to run the vaccine program? It makes no sense.

It should be mentioned that Marianne Williamson is at 1% in the polls. So she has a steep hill to climb to the primary and then to the presidency should she win the Democratic nomination by some absurd probability. Sure, nobody took Trump seriously when he declared his candidacy in 2015. He then rocketed to first place and won the election; polls don’t have a good track record these days. So anything is possible.

However, it is probably a safe bet that Williamson won’t get far given how much she is contradicting herself so early on. So at least she won’t even have the opportunity to break her promise as President Trump has done. No need to waste any time watching her on tonight’s debate.

Meghan McCain Thinks Vaccine-Murdered Children’s Lives Are Worthless

Internal Wyeth memo calls for dispersing vaccine lots to hide clusters of Sudden Infant Death

She’s at it again! Meghan McCain has returned to channel GlaxoSmithKline, which hijacks the suffering of cancer patients to hock deadly vaccines to kids.

Autism Investigated never gave them cancer or measles, Meghan. But you have a point, you cannot spread the measles or get cancer if you were murdered by a vaccine company. That’s a solid argument. Now go back to citing the “journalist” who lied that your husband’s dead employee died because she didn’t get a flu shot. You’re only famous because of who you’re related to anyway.

WaPo’s Laura Helmuth – The Vaccine Industry’s Parasitic Helminth

While the The Washington Post is attacking philanthropists for giving money to vaccine injury causes, its editorial staff is funded by the pharmaceutical industry. Laura Helmuth is a member and was until very recently president of the National Association of Science Writers, which deceptively claims it gets no money from industry. Yet it closely functions with the Council for the Advancement of Science Writing, which does take pharmaceutical industry money.

The Washington Post has a long history of defending vaccination crimes going back to 2004 when Melinda Gates joined its board of directors. The newspaper actually defended the practice of “blagging,” where GlaxoSmithKline’s medical record-stealing opposition researcher Brian Deer deceived an autism parent into letting him “interview” her by giving her a fake name. The practice has since been banned by The Sunday Times of London, the paper Deer freelanced for;.

In the last 15 years, WaPo has only gotten worse. It is now owned by Amazon, which removes documentaries skeptical of vaccine safety while it neglects the safety of its airplanes. The lead author of the philanthropist hit-piece Lena Sun has already blocked Autism Investigated’s editor. What did she expect though when she takes editorial orders from the pharmaceutical industry? Not much, apparently. Her newspaper actually condoned Brian Deer telling an autism parent his name was “Brian Lawrence.” That’s the kind of “journalism” one can expect from pharma’s parasitic helminth, Laura Helmuth.

Seth Mnookin and Jane Roberts Lied That She Talked to Dad Joe Lindenberger

MIT News

He’s back folks. Eight years ago, pathologically lying “journalist” Seth Mnookin stepped into the vaccine issue by claiming he was just a concerned, new parent. After two months, Autism Investigated’s future editor revealed that his uncle was a longtime professional colleague of vaccine front group president Alison Singer‘s mother-in-law. Mnookin has since returned to invent the Ethan Lindenberger hoax of a teen who lied that he got vaccinated against his parents’ wishes when the father Joe Lindenberger was pulling the strings all along. Mnookin even lied while interviewing the author of the original hoax story that she talked to the dad in the article when she never did, to which she replied in agreement. Autism Investigated reached out to Mnookin for this article and received no response as expected, as was also the case with the hoax story’s author.

For most of Autism Investigated’s existence, there has been relatively little from Mnookin. After Donald Trump was elected president, Mnookin returned to write a hit-piece against Robert F. Kennedy Jr. because of his meeting with then-President-Elect Trump. In the since-closed comment thread, Autism Investigated did a point-by-point rebuttal of Mnookin’s entire article.

Yet Mnookin, if anyone could imagine, was christened Professor of Comparative Media Studies and Writing at MIT later that same year in 2017. And now, the MIT brand is directly connected to Mnookin’s lies. The Ethan Lindenberger hoax first appeared in a February issue of Undark Magazine, an MIT publication. Its deputy editor and “head fact-checker” is Jane Roberts, the named author of the Lindenberger story. She wouldn’t respond to Autism Investigated’s recent questioning about whether she interviewed Ethan Lindenberger’s father.

Three weeks after her article ran, however, she did a long podcast interview for none other than Seth Mnookin, who also hosts the Undark podcast. Like Roberts, Mnookin took Ethan Lindenberger’s lie that his father is anti-vaccine at the teen’s word and even falsely included the father as one of the people who Roberts talked to in the story:

And so in this story, you talk to Ethan, who is 18, from Ohio, his mom and, it sounds like, his dad, to a lesser extent, didn’t want to have him vaccinated, and he’s decided on his own, when he was 18, to go ahead and do that.

Roberts replied affirmatively, “Yeah.”

Despite saying she interviewed the father and that he’s anti-vaccine, there is nothing from Jane Roberts’ article to indicate that she ever spoke to the father. Mnookin wouldn’t respond when Autism Investigated reached out to him:

I don’t expect an honest answer from you, but reaching out to subjects for stories is a basic component of journalism as you should know. The author of the Ethan Lindenberger piece Jane Roberts won’t respond to my simple question of whether she communicated with the dad (email below). Why didn’t you ask her if she had any communication with him in your podcast interview of her? Why aren’t you interested in getting the dad’s actual opinion of vaccines instead of relying solely on the word of his teenage son as you and she have both done?

Jake Crosby

The publisher of the Undark Magazine Jane Roberts edits is also a staffer of the MIT program Seth Mnookin now directs. That makes him Jane Roberts’ boss’ boss.

According to MIT News four months before Lindenberger’s 2018 Reddit post that claimed his parents were against vaccines:

Mnookin has also been collaborating with Deborah Blum, director of MIT’s Knight Science Journalism Fellowship Program, to find ways for the two programs to work together. Each year, four students from the graduate program work as editorial interns for Undark, a magazine Blum runs out of the Knight program. The students also write profiles of all Knight fellows each year as a way for the two groups to get to know each other.

The two programs found a big way to work together in cooking up the hoax that has become the Lindenberger Nothingburger.

No Response From The Author of The Ethan Lindenberger Hoax Story

Jane Roberts, MIT

The story of Ethan Lindenberger sold by mainstream media has been that a teenager got vaccinated against his anti-vaccine parents’ wishes. Autism Investigated proved that to be a lie: he was being used by his father to bash the mother, who the father is divorced from. Ethan Lindenberger has at least responded, the father hasn’t. Another person who has not responded was the author of the original article, Jane Roberts, deputy editor and “head fact-checker” of MIT’s Undark Magazine. This is all Roberts says about the father Joe Lindenberger in her entire, long article:

his mother, Lindenberger says, “kind of fell into this echo chamber, and got more and more misinformation.” His father, he says, espouses similar beliefs, but takes a more laidback approach.

It helped a bit, he says, that his father reacted less harshly. Despite being in the “same camp” as his mom, Lindenberger said, his dad told him “Hey, you’re 18, you can do what you want and we can’t really stop you.”

What little there is on Joe Lindenberger is based on what his son Ethan Lindenberger said about him. In other words, her entire story is based on the word of a teenager. Autism Investigated wrote the below email to Jane Roberts Friday afternoon.

Hello Ms. Roberts,

My name is Jake Crosby, editor of AutismInvestigated.com. I have just written some posts about Ethan Lindenberger’s relationship with his father, Joe Lindenberger. For your Undark article, did you speak to the father at all? My understanding is that the mother reached out to you; did the father as well? Conversely, was there any effort on your part to reach out to Joe Lindenberger? Thanks in advance.

Best,

Jake Crosby

To date, there is no reply from this MIT colleague of vaccine shill Seth Mnookin. So-called fact-checker Jane Roberts has started a lie that has circulated throughout mainstream media and was swallowed whole by the Surgeon General, the CDC director and the US Senate.

Alan Dershowitz Has Found His New O.J. Simpson in Toxic Vaccinations

USA Today

What Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz has just written in New York Daily News speaks for itself:

I can think of no thinker in the history of the world who has ever advocated the anti-vaccine position. There is no coherent argument — religious, constitutional, civil libertarian or commonsensical — in favor of allowing people to refuse to be vaccinated against communicable diseases. So why then did so many state legislators in New York vote against the bill? Politics, not principles.

In an act of pure principle, the state legislator who sponsored the bill flipped off his own constituents for opposing it just weeks before it became state law. The law is the ultimate middle finger to New Yorkers by their elected representatives and is the worst thing to happen to New York since 9/11. And this time, it definitely was an inside job.

Vaccine companies and O.J. Simpson already have a lot in common, and now they have one more. They both murdered people, they both got off and now they are both defended by Alan Dershowitz, who knows vaccine shill Seth Mnookin‘s uncle and fellow Harvard Law Professor Robert Mnookin. It’s no wonder Dershowitz defends the vaccine program, even though it’s run by the sister of a former deputy attorney general he condemned last year for raiding the office of Trump’s now-former lawyer.

New York Politicians Give Their Constituents The Ultimate Middle Finger

New York State ASSemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz flips off constituents for opposing his religious vaccine exemption-killing bill.

New York Governor Cuomo has just signed Jeffrey Dinowitz’s evil bill into law, eliminating religious vaccine exemptions. Read the below ArtVoice article about when he flipped off constituents two weeks ago.

This morning, [May 28, 2019] NYS Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz gave his constituents the middle finger as he strode into a press conference where he is championing taking away NY State citizens the right to their own bodies.

Dinowitz is a Democrat who represents Kingsbridge, Norwood, Riverdale, Van Cortlandt Village, Wakefield, and Woodlawn.

Standing outside of 250 Broadway in NYC, his photo was taken by one of Diniwitz’s constituents who was with a crowd of people protesting a Nazi-like bill that Dinowitz has been championing since 2014.

This bill would take away the Constitutional Right to Religious Freedom with regard to opting out of injecting poisonous and cancer-causing substances into one’s own body. In other words, this bill would force NYS citizens to inject themselves with KNOWN carcinogens.

Dinowitz is using a trumped up ‘measles’ outbreak to bring his bill back to life. Back in 2014, there was no ‘outbreak’ therefore his bill died on the vine. However, now with a few cases of the measles which is not fatal, he saw fit to jump on the bandwagon to get his bill passed.

Parents are wondering who is paying Dinowitz to take such a communistic stance. [Autism Investigated’s Answer: GlaxoSmithKline]
